Media and Communication Center is looking for qualified applicants for the following open position.

Creative and on-set Director

Duties:

• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
• Motivating actors to produce their best dramatic performance.
• Reading scripts and working on its continued development.
• Coordinate with a camera crew, art directors, costume designers and musical composer to ensure a consistent creative execution
• Attend casting sessions and selecting actors
• Write, design, and present unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, video editors, production manager, DOP etc. and help them use their talents effectively
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Supervising the department’s daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
• Developing exceptional and well-crafted copy that meets clients’ requirements.
• Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
• Managing conflict on set.

Job Requirement:                       

Qualification:

Education: 

• Adequate working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Provide a portfolio in advertising, fine art, design, or a relevant field.

Experience:

• Proven minimum 2 years of experience as a creative and on-set director
• Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
• Experience directing short films, industry knowledge and technical expertise.

Skills:

• Outstanding leadership and organization skills
•  Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
