ከዚህ በላይ የተጠቀሰውን መመዘኛዎች የምታሟሉ አመልካቾች የትምህርትና የሥራ ልምድ ማስረጃችሁን ዋናውን ከማይመለስ ፎቶ ኮፒ ጋር CV በመያዝ ከደንበል ወደ መስቀል ፍላወር በሚወስደው መንገድ 500 ሜትር መርከብ ፕላዛ 4ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 403/404 ወይም ቃሊቲ(ሜድሮክ ኮንስትራክሽን ወረድ ሲሉ በስተግራ በኩል 100 ሜትር ገባ ብሎ) በሚገኙት ቢሮዎቻችን በግንባር በመቅረብ ወይም በኢሜል አድራሻችን ወይም በፖ.ሣ.ቁ ገባ ብሎ በመላክ መመዝገብ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እናስታውቃለን፡፡ለሾፌር የሥራ መደብ የሚያመለክቱ አመልካቾች የመኖሪያ አድራሻቸው መድሐኒዓለም፣ብራስ የእናቶችና የህፃናት ሆስፒታል ፣ኤድናሞልና አካባቢው መሆነ ይኖርበታል፡፡
