Qualification:
Education:
- Diploma/Level IV in office Management, or other related fields of study from a recognized University/ College.
Experience:
- A minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience
- Insurance experience are preferable.
Skills:
- Ability to plan, standardize, execute & administer own activities
- Good Knowledge of systematic maintenance and safe custody of title deed
- Good knowledge of record management of all company moveable and immovable property
- Ability to manage procurement process and resource mobilization
- Good knowledge of the Labor Law and Company HRM policies and procedures
- Knowledge of induction and training coordination
- Ability to undertake training impact assessment
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices
- Good knowledge of the financial management regulation, policies and procedures of the Company and NBE;
- Considerable share management principles and practices
- Knowledge of insurance industry and governing directives
- Ability to systematically maintain personnel files and records
- Highly oriented in customer service
- Ability to identify & resolve problems
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Good knowledge of computer application
- Dedication , hardworking capacity, Dependable & Team Player.
