Basic Function
Under direct supervision of the Vice President Operations the Director Credit Department plays leadership role to entrust credit analysis & Appraisal activities ,monitor credit follow up activities of the Bank & Property valuation activity of Engineering section ;Ensure proper functioning of credit performers with credit policy procedure ,acceptable rules & regulations
Education:MA/BA/MSC in Business Management /Accounting /Economics /Business Administration /Finance and Economics or related field
Experience:8 years of relevant banking experience ;4 of which in managerial position

2.Job Position: Director ,Marketing & Resource Mobilization Dep’t
Basic Functions
The Marketing and Resource Mobilization Director is responsible for planning ,Development and Implementation of the Bank’s Marketing strategies ,marketing Communications, Resource mobilization through an aggressive sales effort and public
Education:MA/MBA /MSC in Business Management /Accounting/Economics/Business Administration /Finance and Economics or related field
Experience:years of relevant banking experience ;4 of which in managerial position
