Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
- Conserves CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents;
- Maintains CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings conferences and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
- Prepares summarized reports by collecting periodic reports from concerned internal bodies
- Provide Administrative & clerical support & maintain office procedure
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- BA Degree in Business Management, Management and any other related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in the area.
- High degree of driven and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skill
- Very good English language skill
- Excellent Computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Ability to work under pressure & independently in challenging circumstance.
- Professional level verbal & written communication skills.
