The incumbent Candidate will be directly responsible to the Company’s Managing Director and he/she will have at least the following qualities:

Msc or above in business related fields
At least ten years of high level local and international managerial experience as a CEO with discretionary operations and leadership powers in area that have strong relevance knowledge of ever expanding both technology and manufacturing business;
A balanced combination of technical knowledge related to technology application and business running and management skills and ability to enthuse and develop staff:
Experience at regional international level, including working in Multi-Cultural ,Multi national environments: management skill;
Experience at a globally competitive manufacturing company with a record of demonstrated management skill
A self-motivated and output-oriented person with good leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven history of successful goal setting ,Achievement and human resource management
Sound strategic and business process knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills(oral and written) and the ability to motivate and lead a diverse work force to achieve desired result;
Ability to travel ,use initiative and work independently ;
Experience in process mapping & system development

Terms of Employment:This is a full time contract based position with initial contract term of 3 or 5 years renewable thereafter.Also the incumbent CEO will be provided with personal car.
