Junior Architect

Job Requirement

Education:BSC Degree in Architecture

Create Building and highly detailed by using specialist computer aided design(CAD) and REVIT application
Work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers , quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction ,
Prepare and present design proposal to clients
Apply for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
Write and present reports ,proposals applications and contracts
Choose the materials to be used and specify the requirements for the project
Advice clients on the practicality of their project
Produce detailed drawings from which costing are made
Make site visits to check on progress
Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:2 Years and above work experience in buildings projects
