Senior General Service Officer

Job Requirement 

Education:BA Degree in Management or related field of study

Experience:5 Years of relevant experience in General Service Duties

Required No.1

Key Responsibilities

• Under the Direct control of the Department Manager the job holder is responsible for the following duties
• Implement Property Management Policies and Procedure of the Company
• Monitor the maintenance and management of the Company properties
• Manage the efficient disposal of used properties
• Manage relationship with vendors engaged in general services operations
• Follow ups and handle the timely renewal of lease /rent agreement for the Company Branch Offices and other rented properties;
• Prepare and handle the contract agreements with suppliers and vendors
• Cooperate with other works units for annual fixed asset inventory to ascertain physical presence and make necessary adjustments based on the findings
