1.Job Position: Principal IFB Product Development Officer

Education & Experience :Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration ,Accounting plus a minimum of six years’ Banking Operation with at least 2 years in senior role preferably in IFB Service

Job Summary

The Job holder is responsible to plan, organize ,lead and control the IFB Product Development division .S/he is responsible for IFB product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle ,Including ;gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements ,defining the Product vision and working closely with various work units to ensure ,revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met .S/he ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.The Jobholder continually collects and analyses relevant market and competitor information to assess market position and identify threats and opportunities

2.Job Position: Senior –IFB Product Development Officer

Education & Experience: Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration ,Accounting plus a minimum of four year’s Banking Operation with at least 2 years in IFB Officer services.

Job Summary:The Job Holder is responsible to plan ,organize ,lead and control the IFB Product Development division .S/he is responsible for IFB Product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle including ;gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements defining the product vision and working closely with various work units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met .S/he ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals .The jobholder continually collects and analyses relevant position and identify threat and opportunities

3.Job Position: Mechanical Engineer I

Education & Experience:BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer related courses in Mechanical works(Added Advantage) plus a minimum of 4 years preferably in mechanical works.

Knowledge Required

Knowledge in installation and maintenance of mechanical works (elevator,AC System ,etc) and Automotive technology
Knowledge of Construction work management
Knowledge of Claims and disputes in construction industry

4.Job Position: Generator Technician

Education & Experience:Diploma in Auto Mechanic, Electricity or related fields plus a minimum of 3 years in generator maintenance and installation
