Resource Mobilization/Marketing Coordinator

Duties:

• Develop and implement a Resource Mobilization Strategy: Spearhead proposal development efforts ensuring efficient coordination with teams and the submission of high-quality grant proposals in strategic priority program areas;
• In collaboration with the management team, engage in organizational brand building including the development of materials/programs to support fundraising efforts, such as brochures, promotion materials, documentaries, etc..
• Identify and cultivate relations with strategic partners.

Job Requirement:                       

Qualification:

Education: 

• A Master’s degree (five years experience) or Bachelor’s degree (seven years’ experience) in Marketing Management,  Development, Sociology, Economics or other relevant fields.

Experience:

• At least three years in a senior role in partnership development/proposal writing/fundraising, etc.

  Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, networking and communication skills.
• Professional experience and proven knowledge in the areas of therapy and psychologyadvantage.
• Excellent command of the Amharic and English [language, knowledge of German would be an advantage]
• Highly motivated and committed.
