Education፡ከታወቀ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ተቋም በአውቶ መካኒክ 10+1 ወይም ደረጃ II ሰርተፊኬት፣መንገደኞች ማመላለሻ አሽከርካሪነት ህ-2 የአሽከርካሪነት ብቃት ማረጋጫ ያለው ወይም 4ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ወይም 12/10ኛ ከፍል ያጠናቀቀ፣በመንገደኞች ማመላለሽ አሽርካሪነት ህ-2 የአሽከርካሪነት ብቃታ ማረጋገጫ ያለው ወይም 4ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፈቃድ ያለው/ላት
